Promise Village Academy & Community
Promise Village Academy USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit school for Maasai children in Tanzania, dedicated to ending the cycle of poverty through education.

Renowned herders and warriors, the Maasai are a historically nomadic tribe of close to 2 million people residing in Kenya and Tanzania. An estimated 10,000 Maasai people live in the villages served by Promise Village Academy (PVA). With each child we educate, PVA inspires hope, resilience, and the promise of a better life for generations to come.
Our Vision
We strive for a world where Maasai children are no longer destined to live in poverty. We believe education is the catalyst to make this a reality. By adapting and implementing educational best practices into the educational model of Promise Village Academy, we hope to provide a template for eradicating poverty and generating positive ripple effects worldwide.

Discovery Tour 2025
In February 2025, Promise Village Academy (PVA) will host our second Tanzanian Education Discovery Tour. This 10-day tour will travel to Tanzania with a dual purpose: to experience life in Tanzania and to provide training and support so that PVA’s teachers can better educate our students.
2024 Austin Benefit
We are grateful for everyone that joined our celebration in June of 2024 in Austin, Texas, to raise funds for Promise Village Academy (PVA). It was an extraordinary evening of community impact, where PVA founders, Principal Supporters, and all who attended came together in generosity to enable dreams to come true.
